Contact: contact@track-base.com Please read this agreement before installing BambuWall. Accepting it in Setup grants the permissions below; it does not constitute consent to optional data processing or waive statutory consumer rights. If you disagree, cancel Setup. If you already purchased, contact the seller about the remedies available to you; cancellation of Setup does not itself cancel a purchase. 1. SCOPE AND ORDER OF DOCUMENTS This agreement covers the proprietary BambuWall desktop application and its original components (the Software). The BambuWall Terms of Sale and Service cover purchases, delivery and online services. The Privacy Notice explains personal data processing; it is information, not a license grant or blanket consent. Copies accompany the Software in its Legal folder. Online copies: https://track-base.com/Software/BambuWall/?legal=eula https://track-base.com/Software/BambuWall/?legal=terms https://track-base.com/Software/BambuWall/?legal=privacy Mandatory law prevails over all these documents. Specific promises in your accepted order prevail over inconsistent general terms. This agreement governs use of the proprietary Software; a third-party component's own license governs that component. No later website revision retroactively reduces an existing paid license. A person accepting for an organisation must have authority to do so. References to you include that organisation where applicable. 2. TRIAL LICENSE You may install and evaluate the Software on a supported computer using its limited trial. The standard trial allows 32 minutes of metered viewing time, with the purchase countdown appearing after the first two minutes of that time. Qualification occurs when a majority of enabled printers have each shown a video frame. After qualification, viewing is metered while feeds are running; requested pauses and time with the application closed do not consume viewing time. Loss of a camera connection while viewing remains started is not a requested pause. Trial state survives restarts and reinstallation. The trial also has a limit of 30 viewing sessions. A transition from no running feeds to at least one running feed is one session; additional printers started in that session do not count separately. Reopening and starting feeds counts again. Reaching the session limit ends the trial even if time remains. After expiry, unlicensed access is restricted to an occasional preview for each printer, no more frequently than once every five hours. Trial administration may grant individual exceptions. Trial viewing and preview authorisation need the licensing service; an outage can prevent unlicensed viewing. The trial is an evaluation opportunity, not a promise to supply additional free trials or a substitute for statutory rights following a purchase. You must not circumvent trial limits or falsify device identity or authorisation information. 3. PAID LICENSE: ONE COMPUTER, PERPETUAL USE Subject to payment and compliance with this agreement, we grant a non-exclusive license to install and use the purchased Software on one computer at a time, for personal or internal business use. You may make reasonable backup copies. You do not acquire ownership of the Software or its intellectual property. One license does not authorise simultaneous use on multiple computers, sharing a license key with unrelated users, or operating copies for third-party resale or hosted access without separate permission. Mandatory legal rights to transfer a lawfully acquired copy remain unaffected. The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. The paid license has no scheduled expiry and no recurring activation fee. Initial activation needs internet access to our licensing service. Once successfully activated, the Software validates its machine-bound activation locally without contacting that service to renew or recheck the paid license. Closing the licensing service does not expire an intact activation on its original computer. Perpetual use means continuing permission to use the purchased Software on that computer. It does not mean guaranteed operation on all future hardware, Windows versions, printer firmware or third-party platforms, or a promise of permanent downloads, future editions, feature development, technical support or online services. Any mandatory conformity, supply or update duties remain. Updates and other external functions still require their own connectivity and the availability of the relevant third-party services. 4. ACTIVATION INFORMATION AND OPTIONAL TRANSFERS Keep your purchase email, license key and local activation information safe. The activation relies on protected local information, the Windows user/security environment and the licensed computer's identity. Manual deactivation, deleting activation information, reinstalling Windows, loss of local security keys or material hardware changes can make an activation unusable. Copying application files or license data to another computer is not a valid activation there. Ordinary backups do not guarantee that machine-bound security keys can be restored. If an intact activation is lost, offline use cannot be guaranteed. License transfer, reset, recovery and reactivation assistance are additional, discretionary facilities, not a promised continuing service or a separately purchased entitlement. A license is purchased for a single computer. Any facility to move it depends on a live licensing service and continued support for that facility. We may impose reasonable anti-abuse limits, decline requests, or change, suspend or discontinue these optional facilities, including without advance notice where permitted by law. There is no guarantee of a number of transfers, of their daily availability, or of future activation on another PC. Do not deactivate solely in anticipation of an unconfirmed transfer. When deactivation is requested, the local activation is disabled before the server release can finish; a network failure does not preserve offline activation. A transfer, if available, requires ending use on the former computer and a new successful activation. You must not restore an old activation to keep two computers licensed. Stopping an optional service does not end an intact paid activation, alter mandatory exhaustion/resale rights, excuse failure to supply an initial purchased activation, or remove remedies that mandatory law grants. 5. AUTHORISED AND SAFE USE Use the Software only with printers, accounts and networks you are authorised to access. Keep credentials confidential, follow applicable laws and the terms of Bambu Lab and other providers, and obtain any permissions needed to capture or share images. You remain responsible for printer operation, supervision, fire safety, network security and backups of your own files. BambuWall is a viewing and convenience tool. Camera images and status can be delayed, stale, unavailable or inaccurate. It is not a safety system, alarm, certified monitoring service or substitute for physical inspection. Do not rely on it to prevent injury, fire, equipment damage or failed prints. Camera resolution settings can also change a printer's recording resolution. Follow the manufacturer's safety instructions and do not use the Software in a situation requiring fault-tolerant or safety-critical performance. You may not distribute proprietary copies or keys without permission, remove proprietary notices, misuse access controls, or modify the Software to bypass licensing. Except as authorised by mandatory law or an applicable third-party license, you may not decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of proprietary components. This restriction does not prohibit lawful security research, statutory backup or interoperability rights, or reverse engineering needed to debug modifications to an LGPL-covered library. Please report a security issue privately to contact@track-base.com without exposing other users' credentials or disrupting their systems. 6. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS AND SERVICES Third-party components retain their separate notices and licenses in LICENSES and THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Those licenses, including applicable open-source permissions, are not restricted by this agreement. FFmpeg libraries are loaded as separate DLLs; you may replace LGPL-covered libraries with compatible modified versions and exercise the rights their licenses grant. We do not provide a warranty for modifications we did not supply, without limiting mandatory rights. Corresponding-source obligations for covered components remain the distributor's responsibility. The exact FFmpeg source, component license and build recipe accompany the installer in LICENSES/FFmpeg, and are also available from the product website's source directory. Bambu Lab networking/camera components are obtained separately and are subject to their provider's terms. BambuWall is an independent TrackBase product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Bambu Lab or OrcaSlicer. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Changes to their software, authentication, firmware, terms or services can affect compatibility. 7. UPDATES, SUPPORT AND CONFORMITY The supplied version and capabilities described at purchase are the basis of your license. Except for obligations imposed by law or expressly accepted in your order, the purchase does not include an indefinite maintenance contract, guaranteed support response, new features or all future major editions. We may release compatible updates. Automatic startup checks can be disabled in Settings; installing an update requires your action. Keep a supported, secure system and follow notified installation instructions. Consequences of not installing an update affect statutory remedies only to the extent the law allows. We will meet mandatory obligations to provide necessary conformity and security updates and the information legally required about them. Contact us if the supplied Software or initial activation fails to conform to your purchase. Consumer remedies may include bringing the content into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination/refund where the legal conditions are met. Trial use, installation, activation, an online outage or our optional-service policy does not waive those remedies. 8. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY Mandatory consumer warranties and remedies apply. Beyond them and any express promise in an accepted order, we give no additional warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with unspecified systems, or a particular printing outcome. Third-party disruptions and circumstances beyond reasonable control do not create an additional service-level guarantee; they do not remove any mandatory supply, refund or other legal obligation. For business customers only, to the extent legally permitted, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost production or loss of data, and our total liability arising from the Software is limited to the price paid for the BambuWall license giving rise to the claim. This business limitation is not imposed on consumers. No exclusion or cap applies to fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing limits data protection rights or compensation under mandatory law. 9. DURATION AND TERMINATION The trial ends at its limits; a valid paid license continues without a time limit unless lawfully terminated. You may stop using and uninstall the Software at any time; that alone does not entitle you to a refund or release an activation for transfer. We may terminate proprietary permission for a material breach, subject to any legally required notice, reasonable opportunity to remedy and proportionality. A change to website terms or closure of an optional service is not, by itself, grounds to terminate a valid paid license. If permission lawfully ends, stop using the proprietary Software and copies. This does not terminate separate open-source rights or mandatory legal rights. 10. GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTES AND GENERAL TERMS Hungarian law governs, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence where it applies. Consumers retain their statutory choices of courts and complaint/redress procedures. Business disputes are subject to the competent courts in Pécs, Hungary, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Contact contact@track-base.com first if you wish to seek an informal resolution; doing so is not a condition of a statutory remedy. If a clause is invalid, the remaining valid provisions continue; an invalid consumer clause is not rewritten to reduce mandatory protection. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. This agreement does not replace a specific written agreement we accepted with you. Keep the version supplied with your purchase; future versions govern future offers or changes lawfully agreed with you, rather than rewriting an existing perpetual license.
Save a text copy BAMBUWALL TERMS OF SALE AND SERVICE Version 1.0 | Effective 5 October 2026 Software provider: Roland Kalman, sole proprietor operating under the TrackBase brand, Pécs, Hungary. Email: contact@track-base.com Product website: https://track-base.com/Software/BambuWall/ 1. WHAT THESE TERMS COVER These terms cover BambuWall offers, purchases, delivery and associated online facilities. The End User License Agreement (EULA) governs use of the proprietary desktop Software. The Privacy Notice explains data processing. Both are available from the product website and in the installed Legal folder: https://track-base.com/Software/BambuWall/?legal=eula https://track-base.com/Software/BambuWall/?legal=privacy Mandatory law and specific commitments in your accepted order prevail over conflicting general provisions. Separate checkout-merchant terms apply to the merchant's sale/payment service; they do not eliminate our responsibilities for the Software. Accepting terms is not blanket consent to data processing. 2. PRODUCT AND SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS BambuWall is an independent Windows desktop application for viewing compatible Bambu Lab printer cameras and status. It is not a Bambu Lab product. You must have permission to use each printer and account. Compatibility depends on the printer model, firmware, operating system and network. Consult the current product description and evaluate the trial on your intended system before purchasing. The supplied 1.0.0 installer requires 64-bit Windows 10 version 2004 or later, or Windows 11, with sufficient resources for your chosen number of cameras. Administrator permission is needed to install in Program Files and for some system setup tasks. This release connects to printers over the local network, without Bambu account sign-in or WSL. Connections require appropriate local network access and printer credentials; some models need LAN live-view enabled. Local access may require LAN Only with Developer Mode on some firmware; LAN Only disables Bambu Cloud and Handy. Setup can help prepare components but cannot override Windows policy, unavailable services or incompatible hardware. Internet access to our licensing service is needed for trial authorisation and initial paid activation. An intact paid activation is then validated locally without periodic license-server checks. Paid local printer viewing does not require internet access. The application is not a safety monitor or substitute for supervising a printer; EULA section 5 applies. 3. TRIAL AND PURCHASE The standard trial provides 32 minutes of metered viewing after a majority of enabled printers have each shown video, with a countdown displayed from 30 minutes remaining. Requested pauses and closed-app time do not consume viewing time; connection failures while viewing remains started are different from pausing. There is also a maximum of 30 viewing sessions, as defined in EULA section 2. The first limit reached ends the trial. Trial balances and preview limits persist across restarts. Expired unlicensed access is limited to one preview per printer no more frequently than every five hours. Trial operation depends on the licensing service. Individual administrative grants can differ; no purchase is required to evaluate the available trial. A paid BambuWall license is for one computer at a time, for a one-time price. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. There is no recurring fee to retain an intact paid activation. The scope and duration of the license are specified in EULA sections 3 and 4. 4. PRICES, CHECKOUT AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE An app banner or product page can show an indicative price. The checkout identifies the seller/merchant of record, currency, applicable taxes and final total before you commit to pay. A banner does not override that disclosed checkout total. Review the product, single-computer restriction, compatibility and final price before ordering. Discounts and future prices do not alter a completed order unless law or an accepted offer requires it. Where checkout uses Lemon Squeezy, it acts as merchant of record for that transaction and handles payment, applicable sales tax and transaction receipts under its checkout terms. TrackBase supplies the Software and licensing functionality. See https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms and https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy . We do not receive your full payment-card details. The order confirmation identifies the contracting seller and when the order is accepted; a failed or abandoned payment does not create a paid activation entitlement. We do not add charges without the required agreement. 5. DELIVERY AND INITIAL ACTIVATION After an accepted purchase, a license key and delivery information are sent to the purchase email address or made available through the confirmed order. Check that address and its spam folder. Keep the confirmation and key private. If delivery or the initial activation fails, contact contact@track-base.com with the order reference; do not send passwords or payment-card details. Delivery and initial activation will be supplied without undue delay as required by law. A licensing-service outage does not excuse an obligation to supply a purchased initial activation or the applicable statutory remedies. Activation binds the license to one computer and protected local security information. Once activated, the paid license has no scheduled expiry and does not need the licensing server to renew or validate it. It remains locally usable on that computer while its activation information and security context remain intact and the Software remains technically compatible. This is a perpetual software permission, not a promise of lifelong online services, hardware survival, compatibility with future systems or free future editions. Mandatory conformity and update obligations are unaffected. 6. OPTIONAL TRANSFER, RECOVERY AND ONLINE FACILITIES The license is purchased for a single computer. License transfer, reset, recovery and reactivation assistance are optional additional facilities, not a promised continuing service. They work only while the relevant server is live and the feature remains supported. They may be limited, changed, refused for abuse, suspended or discontinued, including without prior notice where law permits. No daily transfer allowance or future transfer is guaranteed. Manual deactivation removes local paid access before the server release can complete. Deleting license information, losing protected keys, reinstalling Windows or changing essential hardware may also make offline activation unusable. A future activation on the same or another computer is not guaranteed under the optional recovery/transfer facility. Do not deactivate unless you intend to lose the current activation and have checked the available options. Continuing to use a former activation after a transfer is not authorised. Closing these optional facilities does not expire an intact activation and does not restrict a mandatory right to transfer/resell a lawfully acquired copy, relieve us of initial supply obligations, or remove statutory remedies. It does not confer a right to maintain active copies on multiple computers. Product metadata, downloads, discretionary support and update-discovery facilities have no additional uptime guarantee unless specifically agreed. Any legally required notice, conformity support or remedy takes precedence. 7. CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS If mandatory law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance purchase, you can normally do so without a reason within 14 days of concluding the digital content contract. To exercise an applicable right, notify the seller shown on your receipt or contact contact@track-base.com before the deadline using an unambiguous statement identifying you and your order. You can use the optional model below; it is not the only permitted method. We will assist with routing a request to the merchant. Where a withdrawal right applies, the responsible seller refunds the sums required by law without undue delay and normally within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without an additional refund fee. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, that withdrawal right can be lost only when supply has begun with your express prior consent, you have expressly acknowledged the resulting loss of that right, and the required confirmation has been supplied on a durable medium. Merely accepting this EULA, installing a trial, activating Software or ticking a general terms box is not a substitute for those legal conditions. If they are not satisfied, the withdrawal right remains to the extent provided by law. Checkout must provide the required information and any legally required online withdrawal facility. Refer to the transaction seller's checkout and confirmation for the applicable facility; you can still use an unambiguous notice to exercise a right that applies. Withdrawal rules do not remove rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content. We do not promise an additional unconditional money-back period. Merchant policies, any express offer and mandatory law can provide refund rights beyond that statement. A discretionary refund is not a waiver of mandatory rights. Where a purchase is lawfully cancelled or refunded and the paid license consequently ends, stop using the paid Software and disable the activation. A chargeback dispute alone is not treated as conclusive proof of fraud; any suspension or termination must have lawful grounds. Optional withdrawal notice: To: the seller named on my order confirmation; copy contact@track-base.com I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for BambuWall digital content. Order reference: Order date: Consumer name: Consumer address: Reply email: Date: Signature (only if sent on paper): 8. CONFORMITY, UPDATES AND COMPLAINTS Consumers retain mandatory digital-content conformity rights and applicable remedies, including correction, proportionate price reduction or termination where the statutory conditions are met. Necessary conformity/security updates and information about them will be provided where law requires. A perpetual license does not include an additional indefinite feature-development or support contract. We do not exclude a statutory remedy because you used the trial or activated the Software. Compatibility statements and other express commitments at purchase remain relevant to conformity. Send a complaint to contact@track-base.com with the product/version, order reference where relevant and a description of the problem. A Client ID can help locate a licensing issue but is not a prerequisite for every complaint. Do not send account passwords. We handle complaints and provide responses within the deadlines required by applicable law. If unresolved, consumers can use the competent consumer protection authority, applicable Hungarian conciliation board or equivalent dispute-resolution body in their country, and the courts available to them. Informal contact does not replace or limit these rights. EULA section 8 contains the applicable liability provisions. 9. WEBSITE AND SERVICE USE Use download and licensing facilities lawfully. Do not attack them, bypass trial/licensing limits, submit false authorisation data, distribute malware, or attempt to obtain another person's license or personal information. We may take proportionate security and abuse-prevention measures, subject to mandatory law and available remedies. Access restrictions do not remotely expire an intact, legitimate offline paid activation. You retain ownership of your images and other user content; no general license to publish them is granted to TrackBase by these terms. 10. LAW, CHANGES AND CONTACT Hungarian law applies without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protection in their habitual residence or their statutory jurisdiction rights. Business disputes fall within the competent courts of Pécs, Hungary, unless mandatory law says otherwise. An invalid term does not invalidate otherwise valid provisions or create a waiver of statutory rights. The version accepted with your order governs that order. Future changes apply to future offers or lawfully agreed service changes, with any notice required by law. Posting revised terms does not retroactively turn a perpetual license into a subscription or remove rights from an existing purchase. Save a text copy BAMBUWALL PRIVACY NOTICE Version 1.0 | Effective 5 October 2026 1. CONTROLLER AND SCOPE Roland Kalman, sole proprietor operating under the TrackBase brand, Pécs, Hungary, is the controller for TrackBase's BambuWall licensing, product-service and support processing. Contact: contact@track-base.com . This notice covers the desktop application and its associated product/licensing/download services. Other TrackBase services can have their own notices. Bambu Lab and the purchase merchant operate their own services under their own privacy notices. This notice informs you about processing. Accepting an installer EULA is not consent to all processing, and there is no requirement to consent to marketing to use or buy BambuWall. The application contains no advertising SDK and does not automatically upload camera recordings or crash reports to TrackBase. 2. DATA ON YOUR COMPUTER AND PRINTER CONNECTIONS Printer profiles, connection settings, names, addresses, serial identifiers, access codes and preferences are used locally to connect your printers. Saved secrets are protected using Windows protection for the current user; ordinary preferences and some identifiers are readable locally. Your Windows account, file permissions and backups remain important. This release connects directly over your local network. It does not provide Bambu account sign-in, import account sessions or send your Bambu credentials to TrackBase. On startup and during printer discovery, the application reads saved local printer profiles and access codes from installed Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer configuration files automatically. It imports relevant printer details without modifying those files or uploading them to TrackBase. You can edit, disable or remove imported printers. Account settings retained when upgrading from another build remain protected locally and are not used for LAN connections. Camera video and printer status travel between your computer and the printer. Frames are displayed locally; snapshots you save are written to your selected folder. TrackBase does not receive the video feed, snapshot contents, model files or print-job contents through its licensing API. Your slicer and printer can have their own separate processing under their vendors' notices. If a camera shows other people or private spaces, you are responsible for the permissions and lawful use of that content. 3. LICENSING, TRIALS AND DEVICE IDENTIFIERS To recognise a computer and enforce a single-computer license or trial limits, the app derives a Client ID from suitable hardware identity information using a one-way hash. A stable firmware identifier is preferred, with hardware fallbacks where necessary. The raw hardware identifiers used to calculate it are not sent to our licensing API. The hash is a pseudonymous identifier, not anonymous data: it can be linked with a trial, purchase or support request. The app also maintains installation/device credentials and local cryptographic keys. Private activation keys remain on the computer. Licensing requests can contain the product code, Client ID, installation/device credential, license key when needed, public activation key and proof, request identifiers and authorisation timestamps. Trial/preview requests also contain enabled printer serial identifiers, the printer that has shown video or is requesting a preview, viewing state and a viewing-session identifier. These let us meter viewing time, count sessions, prevent resets through reinstallation and apply each printer's preview cooldown. They do not contain camera images. We keep trial balance/session records, authorisation and activation/release records, administrative resets or restrictions and relevant security events. A valid paid activation is checked locally; the app does not periodically contact the server to renew or recheck that paid license. Separate user actions, such as deactivation, buying, checking updates or opening a legal webpage, can still make network requests. A failed or missing activation can return the app to online trial/activation checks. The basis for processing necessary to supply the trial and purchased license is performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Preventing fraud, misuse and duplicate trials, protecting services and keeping proportionate enforcement records are legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to balancing them against your rights. Device/usage records can be associated with a license purchase to measure trial conversion and aggregate product performance; the basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the product, subject to that balancing and your right to object. We do not use these records for advertising profiles or sell them to data brokers. If the essential device or authorisation information is not supplied, the trial or initial activation may not work. Automated counters can restrict unlicensed viewing when time/session limits are reached or authorisation fails. They do not decide credit, employment or another similarly significant legal matter. If you believe a restriction is incorrect, contact us with your Client ID for human review. A reset is discretionary unless necessary to provide a remedy or fulfil an obligation owed to you. 4. PURCHASE, UPDATES, WEBSITE AND SUPPORT The checkout merchant collects the information needed for the purchase, such as contact and billing details and payment information. We receive relevant order/customer references, purchase email, product, amount/currency, order status, license and fulfilment/refund information from the merchant. We do not receive full payment-card details. Delivery/support are based on the contract; records required by tax/accounting law are based on legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). Dispute and fraud handling can rely on legitimate interests. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record where identified at checkout and processes its transaction data under https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy . The seller named on your receipt is responsible for its own transaction data. Update checks contact our product release service with product/current-version information to retrieve release metadata. Downloads contact the designated download service. Startup update checks are enabled by default and can be disabled in Settings; manual checks remain available. These requests, website visits and licensing calls necessarily expose an IP address and normal HTTP metadata to the receiving server. Operational/security logs may contain the time, requested route, response status and user agent. Their purposes are delivery, service reliability and security, on contract/legitimate-interest bases as appropriate. Opening a legal link sends the document name in the URL, not your license key or Client ID. The product's download/purchase gateways can record aggregate daily counts of page views, downloads and checkout clicks, with a coarse device category, referrer host or campaign label where supplied. This aggregate analytics does not require a tracking cookie or persistent browser identifier and does not store full referrer URLs or IP addresses as analytics dimensions. The current aggregate analytics respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Ordinary server security logs are separate. No optional analytics cookie is required by the BambuWall legal page. An external checkout or future optional embed may have its own cookie notice and consent requirements. If you contact support, we receive what you choose to send: contact details, order references, Client ID, correspondence and attachments. The diagnostic export is saved locally and is not sent automatically. It can include Client ID, installation ID, OS/runtime information, printer model/mode and connection performance/error information; it omits license keys, account tokens and printer access codes. Review a file before sending it. Do not send passwords, private keys, unnecessary camera images or payment-card details. Support for your contract relies on Article 6(1)(b); investigating security/technical issues and defending legal claims can rely on Article 6(1)(f). 5. RECIPIENTS AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING Access is limited to persons and service providers who need it for the purposes above. Our infrastructure uses hosting/server providers such as Rackhost Zrt., domain/DNS services such as Namecheap, and email infrastructure to operate TrackBase services and respond to you. Providers process only the information relevant to their function; a DNS/domain provider does not thereby receive the contents of your local printer settings. The checkout merchant, professional advisers or authorities may receive relevant information for payments, legal obligations, fraud prevention or claims. We do not give hosting providers your camera feed through the licensing service. Some external providers, including payment and printer-platform providers, operate outside the European Economic Area. Their notices explain their own locations and safeguards. For transfers for which we are responsible, an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism is required, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards; you can contact us for information about the safeguard applicable to a particular transfer. This notice is not consent to an unrestricted international transfer. Using Bambu's China region selects that external service region; it does not move your local video to TrackBase. 6. RETENTION AND LOCAL DELETION Local settings and activation information remain until you remove them or the relevant app/Windows operation changes them. Uninstalling may leave user data, downloaded components and snapshots in your user folders. Signing out removes the active app session but does not erase independent slicer sessions, snapshots or every backup. Review the app data and snapshot folders when retiring a PC. Deleting activation information can destroy offline paid access; it is not a way to reset a server-side trial or guarantee a later reactivation. Server retention depends on the record's purpose: - License/fulfilment records remain while needed to administer the continuing purchased entitlement, authenticate requested licensing operations and prove supply. Ending optional transfers does not automatically end the entitlement. - Trial identity, usage and enforcement records remain while needed to apply the continuing trial restriction to that computer and prevent repeat trials. Uninstalling or closing the app does not delete these records. If the trial scheme is retired or a record ceases to serve this purpose, it must be erased or reduced to what another lawful purpose requires. - Support records remain through handling and follow-up; any further retention is limited to evidence relevant to an actual dispute, security investigation or applicable claim period, rather than every attachment indefinitely. - Routine operational logs are kept for troubleshooting/security, with longer retention only for relevant incidents, investigations or legal requirements. - Accounting/transaction evidence is retained for applicable statutory periods; the merchant separately applies its own legally required retention. - Non-identifying aggregate statistics can be retained longer. Identifiable purchase/usage linkage is subject to the purposes and criteria above. We review necessity, restrict access to retained evidence and minimise data when a purpose ends. Backup copies can remain until their scheduled replacement; they are restricted from ordinary use, and applicable deletion restrictions must be reapplied if a backup is restored. Contact us for the retention period or criteria applicable to a particular record. We do not promise that every server record is deleted when you uninstall or deactivate. 7. SECURITY AND YOUR RIGHTS We use encrypted transport, protected local secrets, signed machine-bound activations and access controls appropriate to the processing. These measures do not make any computer, network or service immune to compromise. Protect your Windows account, license key and printer credentials and keep your system updated. We address incidents and make legally required notifications. Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, and portability of qualifying contract/consent-based data. You may object to legitimate-interest processing; we must stop unless legally sufficient grounds justify continuing. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Erasure is not absolute where a legal obligation or other lawful exception requires retention; we explain an applicable exception rather than using licensing as a blanket reason to refuse. Exercising privacy rights does not itself terminate a valid paid offline license. Removing data indispensable to a requested future online operation can prevent that operation from working. Write to contact@track-base.com with enough information to locate your records, such as the relevant purchase email or Client ID. We may request proportionate verification; never send your Bambu password. We normally respond within one month, with an extension only where permitted and explained. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), https://www.naih.hu/ , or the competent authority where you live or work, and seek a judicial remedy. Contacting us first is optional. 8. CHILDREN AND CHANGES BambuWall purchases and account administration are intended for adults or persons authorised to act for an organisation. We do not target children or knowingly seek their personal data. Contact us if child data was supplied without appropriate authority so the situation can be assessed and remedied. The installed copy describes this version's processing. We publish an updated dated notice if processing changes, give further information where required, and obtain any consent actually required for a new optional purpose. A new notice alone does not authorise incompatible use of previously collected data. Current copy: https://track-base.com/Software/BambuWall/?legal=privacy
